It will be your first contact with the team where you will begin to familiarise yourself with our goals, values and culture.
Ramp up
It's time to get to know the basics and working tools you will need to tackle the training, this is a totally practical phase where you will work in a team and develop creative solutions to real problems.
Training
Unique learning experience in Bootcamp full-time format that will allow you to delve deeper into the technical aspect, using the Agile methodology and solving practical cases. You will become a professional capable of adapting to any challenge.
Certification
Once you have completed the training, it will be time to demonstrate what you have learnt by passing the official certification exams that will accredit you as a qualified professional.
Simulation
The simulations will allow you to face real problems in a safe environment, with continuous support from the mentors. This is a totally practical phase where you will work in a team and develop creative solutions to real problems.
Projects
Finally, STEMDOers are assigned to real projects with STEMDO clients to put their skills into practice and gain experience in the field. These projects are a key part of their professional career and allow them to develop and grow in their field.
